  1. All our services and operations are subject to the below mentioned conditions as applicable:
    The Convention on the Conditions of Internal Transport by Road (CMR)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Each invoice is payable cash to our Head Office or on the Bank account printed on our invoice. In case of non-payment upon expiry a monthly interest of 1.5 % is due by right and without notice with a minimum of \u20ac 19,-
        In order to compensate the damage due to the non-payment of the invoice upon expiry, the invoice will also be increased by right and without notice by a contractual sum of 20% of the invoice with a minimum of \u20ac 62. .<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Any complaint or concern related to our invoices should be reported to our Head Office by registered letter within 10 days after invoice date. Any legal dispute will be governed by the Courts of the Antwerp District of Justice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

As a mutual guarantee and commitment for a fast settlement of controversies through arbitration, Intrum, credit management services, is charged with the appointment of arbitrators who will be authorized to settle for good any controversy arising from the current document as to the interpretation, the execution or the dissolution, in conformity with its regulations for operation that can be obtained free of charge at Intrum, Martelaarstraat 53 at 9000 Gent (tel. 09 218 90 94.
